Original Blog left out temp and cooking time – OOPS!
1 box Red Velvet cake mix
8 ounces of cream cheese (room temperature)
½ cup of butter (room temperature)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup white chocolate chips (I actually use about ¾)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat the cream cheese and butter until well combined and fluffy.
Beat in the egg and vanilla, and then add the cake mix and beat until well combined.
Add the chocolate chips.
Drop dough by spoonful on parchment paper- lined pans. You can roll dough into balls if
you want a more uniformed appearance.
Bake 10-12 minutes until top appears set but inside is still gooey in the middle.
